As quoted in the market news:
Indsil will have a 51% stake in Sree Mahalakshmi, which will become a subsidiary of Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese Ltd. Upon acquisition the capacity will be enhanced to 13,200 TPY of silico manganese by way of a combination of de-bottlenecking and capacity modification measures.
