American Manganese Inc (TSXV:AMY; PINKS:AMYZF;FRANK:2AM) President and CEO Larry Reaugh was featured on HoweStreet.com’s advertising segment, Company Showcase.
Reaugh discusses the latest on their Manganese project in Arizona’s Artillery Peak – “In order to get excited about a metal, you have to be able to make money on it.” Reaugh confirms that the current prices of Manganese are unfavorable and render the project economically unattractive.
The company is going to move ahead with the recycling market in the recycling of spent electric vehicle lithium ion cathode material such as: Lithium-Cobalt, Lithium-Cobalt-Nickel-Manganese and Lithium-Manganese. The copmpany believes that Manganese is going to make a comeback in the future because it’s a top critical metal and with that being said, management is going to continue to hold its position at Artillery Peak.
