BEC is a private, Nevada-based business specializing in providing environmental permitting, compliance, and outreach services to government and private sector organizations.

BEC is a private, Nevada-based business specializing in providing environmental permitting, compliance, and outreach services to government and private sector organizations.

As quoted in the press release:

As part of the PURE project development team, BEC’s role will be to assist PURE with meeting local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and engaging local government and communities in the planning of the project to ensure a cooperative, collaborative project environment. In this role, BEC will assist with permitting requirements; research local service providers, local supply chain information, etc.; coordinate communication with local governmental agencies, regulators, and stakeholders; manage public outreach activities and coordinate stakeholder meetings; and perform other activities identified as the project moves forward.
