Pure Energy Minerals Extends Agreement with Phoenix Water

Pure Energy Minerals (TSXV:PE) has extended an existing mutual cooperation agreement with Phoenix Water to May 3 2015. By that time, Pure Energy and Phoenix will work together to enter into a definitive agreement.

As quoted in the press release:

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Pure Energy and PHOENIX have agreed to discuss and determine opportunities to jointly collaborate and to propose the first location for the installation, testing and demonstration of the PWT at or near Pure Energy’s mineral claims in Esmeralda County, Nevada, USA.
