Li3 Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: LIEG) reported that the company has recently executed a definitive agreement thereby acquiring 100% of the assets of the Loriscota, Suches, and Vizcachas Projects located respectively in the Provinces of Puno, Tacna and Moquegua, Peru.
