    CBS News reported that A123 Systems’ (NASDAQ:AONE) shares went up by 10% after it announced that it will supply Tata Motors (NYSE:TTM) with lithium ion battery for commercial vehicle hybrid electric systems use.

    CBS News reported that A123 Systems’ (NASDAQ:AONE) shares went up by 10% after it announced that it will supply Tata Motors (NYSE:TTM) with lithium ion battery for commercial vehicle hybrid electric systems use.

    As quoted in the market news:

    It’s the second big contract landed by the company in less than a year, however. In August, General Motors Co. chose A123 to produce batteries that will be used in future electric vehicles being sold in select global markets.
