Big North Graphite Corp. (TSXV: NRT, OTC: BNCIF) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of 1,600,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company.
As quoted in the press release:
The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share and have a term of five years from the date of grant.
