Refined Cobalt Availability Hits 41,678 Tonnes in 2013′s First Half
MetalBulletin reported that as a result of high production in China, the availability of refined cobalt increased to 41,678 tonnes in the first half of 2013, an 11-percent increase from the same period last year.

As quoted in the market news:
Global availability reached 41,678 tonnes, up 4,056 tonnes from the same period of 2012, according to the report from the Cobalt Development Institute (CDI). Chinese refined production was estimated at 17,249 tonnes in the first half, the CDI said, 26% higher year-on-year.
