Lundin Rejects Equinox’s $4.26 Billion Rival Takeover Offer

Bloomberg reported that Lundin (TSX:LUN) has rejected a takeover offer from Equinox (TSX:EQN).

The market news is quoted as saying:

Lundin has mines in Sweden and Portugal producing copper, zinc and lead, and a 25 percent stake in the Tenke Fungurume copper and cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
