Lundin Mining Abandons Sales Process on Low Bids; CEO to Resign

Bloomberg reported that Lundin Mining (TSX:LUN) has decided not to sell itself and the company’s CEO has stepped down.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Chief Executive Officer Phil Wright will resign effective from June 30, in accordance with a previously announced plan, Toronto-based Lundin said yesterday in a statement.
