Lundin Adopts Rights Plan, Mulls Options After Inmet Deal Called Off

Mining Weekly reported on Lundin’s (TSX:LUN) options now that a proposed merger with Inmet (TSX:IMN) will not happen.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

The January agreement between Lundin and Inmet, which would have created a new C$9-billion Canadian copper producer called Symterra, was “mutually terminated” the firms said.
