Announced in the Company’s October 11th news release, plans expressed include exploration and development activities, with commencement beginning upon completion of a non-brokered private placement of up to $1 million (the “Offering”).
Net proceeds of such will allow the Company to fund the initial stages of exploration, with aims to increase tonnage and leverage resource categories. Upon completion of the initial stages, the Company will have earned an interest of 25% interest in the Millennium Cobalt Project.
On September 25, 2017, the Company has the right to earn upwards of 75% in the Millennium Cobalt Project, with a project expenditures totalling $2.5M.
