Canada’s Quebec Launches Big Mining Expansion Plan

Reuters reported that Quebec is trying to raise tens of millions of dollars to develop mining in its northern regions.

Quebec says the region has abundant deposits of nickel, cobalt, platinum group metals, zinc, iron ore, ilmenite, gold, lithium, vanadium and rare-earth metals.
