Metorex to Sell Sable to Glencore for $33.5 mln

Reuters Africa reports that Metorex (JNB:MEMTX) plans to sell the company’s interest in Sable Zinc Kabwe to Glencore (LON:GLEN) for 225 million rand.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Metorex said the purchase price for Sable equity was 190 million rand, but the company would advance a loan to Sable of 35 million rand, raising the total price to 225 million.
