Russian Equity Movers: Norilsk Nickel, Rosneft, VTB Group

Bloomberg reports the 30-stock Micex Index (INDEXCF) rose for a fifth day, increasing 0.4 percent to 1,551.58.

The market news is quoted as saying,

OAO GMK Norilsk Nickel (GMKN RX), Russia’s biggest mining company, slid as nickel and copper both fell in London. Its shares slipped as much as 3.4 percent before closing 0.2 percent lower at 7,199 rubles.
