Nickel Supply Expected to Lower in 2012

Platts reported the nickel supply in 2012 is expected to be lower in 2012 according to Societe Generale (EPA:GLE).

As quoted in the market news:

Societe Generale said nickel production has actually already been rising sharply over the past year since Vale brought back its Canadian operations and that Chinese nickel pig iron production (NPI) also increased significantly.
