Jinchuan Ups Benchmark Nickel Price Following LME Gains

MetalBulletin reported that this week, Jinchuan Group Ltd., China’s largest nickel producer, has raised its benchmark nickel price by almost 5 percent. The move follows the metal’s price gains on the London Metal Exchange.

As quoted in the market news:

The benchmark price from China’s largest nickel producer stood at 102,500 yuan ($16,723) per tonne on October 23, up 2,300 yuan from Tuesday when it made its latest increase.
