The Business Spectator.com reports that BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP,ASX:BHP) is in discussions with Norilsk Nickel to consider development of Honeymoon Well in Australia.

The story is quoted as saying:

Norilsk Nickel chief executive Vladimir Strzhalkovsky told the newspaper of the discussions, after a visit to Australia to inspect nickel mines that his company bought from Canadian LionOre in 2007.
