Base Metals: Copper Rises, Nickel Declines

Bloomberg reported on base metals trading on Tuesday as China announced railway extension plans pushing the price of copper higher even as nickel declined.

As quoted in the market news:

Nickel declined 0.8 percent to $16,118 a ton.
