Base Metals Investing Mining Weekly reported Labrador Iron Mines (TSX:LIM) completed its first shipment of wet ore to China in its first year of production.

As quoted in the market news:
TSX-listed LIM said it would continue to produce iron ore from its James North and James South deposits in Quebec during 2012, producing up to two-million tons of saleable product from total ore mined of between 2.5-million and three-million tons.
