BHP Offers Lump Iron Ore to China

Platts reported BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP) has offered Chinese steelmakers an iron ore lump premium of $0.11-0.13/dry metic ton for the first quarter.

As quoted in the market news:

The offers for contractual customers differ within the range from mill to mill. BHP’s lump premium for the previous quarter was settled at around $0.13/dmtu.
