Baoshan Iron plans South Korea steel mill

Market Watch reports that Chinese steel maker Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. (SHA:600019 is looking to build a steel mill in South Korea.

The market news is quoted as saying,

The report said that Baoshan, China’s second-largest steel maker by output, plans an initial investment of $15 million to build an automotive steel sheet mill. They have been looking to build a plant in the Gyeonggi Province, which surrounds Seoul.
