Euromax Resources Announces Final Approval To Graduate To TSX

Euromax Resources Ltd. (TSXV:EOX) announced it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange and list its common shares on the TSX.
The common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the opening of markets on Monday, July 11, 2016, under its existing symbol EOX. In connection with the listing of the common shares on the TSX, the last day of trading on the TSX-V will be Friday, July 8, 2016, and the common shares will be delisted from the TSX-V on Monday, July 11, 2016, upon commencement of trading on the TSX.
