Cytori Therapeutics announced it plans to offer a public offering of common stock in order to fund the HABEO and ATI-0918 development programs.

Cytori Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CYTX) announced it plans to offer a public offering of common stock in order to fund the HABEO and ATI-0918 development programs.
As quoted in the press release:

Cytori currently intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including funding of the HABEO and ATI-0918 development programs.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
