Atossa Genetics Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

Atossa Genetics (NASDAQ:ATOS) shared the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock.
As quoted in the press release:

Gross proceeds, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering costs, are expected to be approximately $5.1 million.

Atossa intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The Company has granted the underwriter an over-allotment option to purchase up to 1,000,000 additional shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about October 30, 2017, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
