Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is pleased to announce that it has completed its continuation out of the Province of British Columbia.
Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. (CSE:CANN, OTC:HERTF) (“Heritage” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its continuation out of the Province of British Columbia under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) into the Province of Ontario under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “Continuance”), as approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on August 9, 2019. There will be no change in the day-to-day business of the Company as a result of the Continuation.

The Company is a vertically integrated cannabis provider that currently has two Health Canada approved licenced producers, through its subsidiaries Voyage Cannabis Corp. and CannaCure Corp. both regulated under the Cannabis Act Regulations. Working under these two licences, Heritage has two additional subsidiaries, Purefarma Solutions, which provides extraction services, and BriteLife Sciences that is focused on cannabis based medical solutions. Heritage as the parent Company, is focused on providing resources for its subsidiaries to advance their products or services to compete both domestically and internationally.
