Aphria Completes Divestiture of Stake in Arizona Cannabis Producer

Aphria (TSX:APH) announced it completed the divestiture of its ownership interest in Copperstate Farms, an Arizona based cannabis producer.

As quoted in the press release:

Aphria’s original investment was approximately C$11.1 million ($8.2 million USD). Aphria received C$20 million as part of the divestiture, realizing a gain of approximately C$8.8 million on the sale.
