Uranium Exploration in the Patterson Lake District

Press Releases

OVERVIEW

Aldrin Resource Corporation (TSXV:ALN) is a Canadian-based junior uranium exploration company whose principal property is located in the emerging uranium district of Patterson Lake in Canada’s Athabasca Basin. Aldrin Resource has an option to earn up to a 70 percent interest in the Triple M Uranium Property. The property is adjacent to and on strike with the recent high-grade discovery at the Patterson Lake South (PLS) property held jointly by Fission Uranium Corp. (50 percent) and Alpha Minerals (50 percent).

An airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey is underway on the property with early results showing two basement conductive trends. A winter drill program to further evaluate potential targets is planned to commence in January 2014. Aldrin Resource is managed by a team of mining professional specializing in securities law, finance and geological engineering.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Prime location, adjacent to and strike with the high-grade discovery at the Patterson Lake South uranium property
  • Potential to host high-grade U3O8 at favourable depths (90 to 140 m), similar uranium mineralization structures as those at PLS and Cameco’s Derkson Lake
  • Airborne Mag/EM (VTEM) with encouraging conductive anomalies detected including two parallel basement conductive trends
  • Cash in the treasury
  • Low market cap ($3.25 million) compared to other Patterson Lake area players Fission Uranium ($98.8 million) and Alpha Minerals ($88.7 million)
