Purpose Solana ETF

To achieve its investment objective, the Fund invests in and holds substantially all of its assets in long-term holdings of Solana in order to provide Unitholders with a secure, convenient, lower-cost alternative to a direct investment in Solana. The Fund seeks to invest substantially all of its assets in longterm holdings of Solana and to provide holders of ETF Units with the opportunity for longterm capital appreciation.
