Neometals (ASX: NMT) (“Neometals”) is pleased to provide an update regarding the Company’s 100 percent owned Barrambie Project in Western Australia. Barrambie Project is not only one of the worlds highest-grade titanium deposits, but it also has a significant endowment of high-grade vanadium.

Grade Control Drilling – Proposed Bulk Sample Pit

The Company has previously announced it had received applicable mining regulatory approvals for the mining of a circa 50,000 tonne DSO sample focused on the higher-grade titanium zones of the Eastern zone of the deposit. Close-spaced, grade control drilling of the proposed pit area has been completed and is currently being modelled.

Preliminary assessment of geological logging and returned assays serves to confirm the dimensions and tenor of mineralisation intersected in earlier, wider-spaced exploration drilling and to the mineralisation modelled and reported in the Mineral Resource estimate.
