Lake Resources NL shareholders opassed all resolutions during the 2019 Annual General Meeting.

Lake Resources NL (ASX:LKE) announced that shareholders of the Company passed all resolutions during the 2019 Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am (AEDT) by way of poll.

Resolutions included were as follows:

  • Adoption of Remuneration Report
  • Re-election of Nicholas Lindsay as Director
  • Ratification of Prior Issue of Ordinary Shares
  • ASX Listing Rule 7.1A Approval of Future Issue of Securities
  • Adoption of New Constitution
  • Approval of Proportional Takeover Provisions in New Constitution

    • The company also released the new Constitution approved at the meeting.
