The StarPhoenix reports on Hathor Exploration’s (TSX:HAT) recent expansion interest.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Hathor has signed a binding letter of agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Terra Ventures Inc. for roughly $24 million. The deal gives Hathor a 100 per cent interest in the MidWest Northeast property, which holds the Roughrider deposit, and a 98 per cent interest in the Russell Lake project, both in the Athabasca Basin.
