VersaPay Corporation (TSXV:VPY), a leading provider of cloud-based invoice-to-cash solutions including electronic invoice presentment and payment announced that it has entered into a Global Payments Facilitator partnership with First Data (NYSE:FDC).

First Data, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions and serving with a presence in more than 100 countries around the world handles 45 percent of all the credit and debit card transactions in the US.
