Siyata Mobile (TSXV:SIM, OTCQX:SYATF) announced on Tuesday that network approval with a US Tier 1 Carrier for its Uniden UV350 device is nearing completion.
The global provider of cellular communication systems for enterprise customers said that it anticipates US Carrier Launch and initial purchase orders of its device in Q1.
As quoted in the press release:
“There is a very large unmet need in the market in which we were able to identify early and are very pleased to be bringing the world’s first 4G/LTE smartphone in the U.S through Tier 1 carriers to meet these needs of commercial fleets and vehicles and first responders,” said Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile. “The upgrade towards Push-to-Talk over Cellular networks is inevitable for enterprises due to cost savings and carrier-grade nationwide coverage while removing the need for multiple single purpose hardware, and increasing worker and public safety. We look forward to bringing our innovative and highly efficient technology to the market with U.S carriers in Q1 and beyond.”
Details on the Tier 1 carriers launching the Uniden® UV350 will be made available upon commercial launch of the device in addition to the UV350 being available at Ingram Micro and at CNM Wireless.
