The initiative was prompted by the recent growth in the Company’s operations, highlighted by the purchase and integration of Eden Games, a related increase in shareholder inquiries, and the Company’s desire for increased transparency for its stakeholders.
“We have made a number of acquisitions over the past eighteen months, necessitating an increased focus on communicating to shareholders how we are integrating these assets,” commented Millennial’s CEO, Alex Igelman. “We believe this multi-channel shareholder communication initiative will enable us to provide our investors with timely updates on the Company’s progress and increase our visibility in the capital markets.”
To support its shareholder relations initiative, the Company retained leading corporate communications firm, MIDAM Ventures LLC (“MIDAM”). MIDAM acts at arm’s length to the Company and is paid a monthly cash retainer. To the knowledge of the Company, neither MIDAM nor any of its affiliates owns any of the Company’s securities.
The comprehensive initiative includes an update of the Company’s corporate website and the development of an investor portal – both of which have already been completed – and an expanded social media strategy. It also includes an article to be published by MIDAM that is factual and not misleading and or exaggerated. The Company was given full editorial control over this article, before approved. Going forward, the Company intends to expand the initiative to include regular shareholder update videos, quarterly investor conference calls with Company management, and an active blog with in-house contributors.
