One Stop Systems Wins Four Major OEM Design-ins
One Stop Systems (NASDAQ:OSS) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bressner Technology have announced that they won four major OEM design-ins for specialized high-performance computer systems. One Stop Systems (NASDAQ:OSS) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bressner Technology have announced that they won four major OEM design-ins for specialized high-performance computer systems.
OSS, a company that designs and manufacturers specialized high-performance computers said that the OEM design-ins are applications expected to achieve an production run-rate of more than US$1 million.
As quoted in the press release:
New Design-ins
- Medical Panel PC for laser surgery medical equipment (Bressner).
- Security video analysis server system (Bressner).
- Satellite communications compute accelerator (OSS).
- Smart studio (augmented reality) video display system for television production, concerts and shows (OSS).
“These new design-ins represent state-of-the-art technology applied to specific application needs,” said Steve Cooper, OSS president and CEO. “OSS and its recently acquired Bressner subsidiary are becoming increasingly dominant in the worldwide market for specialized high-performance computing.”
“OEM design wins such as these allow OSS to layer on long-term recurring revenue,” added Cooper, “helping the company achieve high-growth results.”
Prototypes for these customers are anticipated to ship in Q4 2018 with full production shipments to begin in 2019.
Bressner Technology, a subsidiary of OSS, provides standard and customized servers, panel PCs, and PCIe expansion systems.
