Infosys (NYSE:INFY), a global leader in consulting, technology and next generation services announced a definitive agreement to acquire WONGDODDY, a US-based creative and consumer insights agency.

According to the company, the move strengthens Infosys’s creative, branding and customer experience capabilities.

As quoted in the press release:
