Calian Group (TSX:CGY) announced that the company’s larger and modern headquarters opens for business effective September 17, 2018.
The company said that the larger footprint of its new headquarters would provide room for future growth and it includes a space designed to facilitate communication and encourage collaboration.
As quoted in the press release:
Combining work with comfort, the office includes team collaboration spaces, a Learning Centre for training activities, communal areas, a video recording studio and adjustable sit/stand desks.
“At the heart of Calian’s long-term growth is its employees,” said Lynn Stevens, Calian’s Chief Human Resources Officer, who is advancing the company’s talent management strategy. “Calian is a fast-growing company operating in competitive sectors. As part of our efforts to attract and retain the best and brightest, we recognize the importance of having a modern, comfortable office space that enhances the employee working experience.”
Calian’s relocation to the new office comes after achieving further growth milestones in the first three quarters of FY2018. In this period Calian has hit record quarterly revenues, made two acquisitions and reported its 67th consecutive profitable quarter. For the first time, Calian also recently reported employing more than 3,000 people across the country.
“The opening of this larger, more modern head office reflects Calian’s continued growth and the dedication of all employees executing our growth strategy,” stated Kevin Ford, President and CEO, Calian. “Our new workspace better represents who we are as a company as we continue our focus on innovation, service line growth and excellence in professional services.”
