Asure Software is working with their sponsor agency, the Department of Treasury, to coordinate this process and ultimately receive the Authority to Operate (ATO) within the year. FedRAMP is designed to increase confidence in the security of cloud solutions and to achieve consistent security authorizations using a baseline set of agreed upon standards. FedRAMP helps ensure the consistent application of existing security practices, increases confidence in security assessments and increases automation and near real-time data for continuous monitoring.
