All West Communications Redefines the Subscriber Experience through Calix Cloud

Calix Inc (NYSE:CALX) announced that All West Communications, a leading exchange carrier (LEC) is taking control of the subscriber experience through the powerful combination of Calix Cloud and Mesh-Enhanced Carrier Class WiFi.

The company said that All West offers a fully managed, carrier class Wifi service solution from Calix after initially offering its subscribers an inexpensive, consumer grade WiFi solutions.

Subscribers receive unmatched Wi-Fi speeds, while All West can remotely update and troubleshoot home networks through Calix Cloud.

To date, All West has seen phenomenal results:

Managed Wi-Fi penetration:

• 25% across their existing subscribers
• 50% of new Internet customers

Operational efficiencies:

• 40% of trouble calls are being resolved with the first contact
• 30% less likely to roll a truck to solve issues if GigaCenters are in the home
