The Board of Directors of Valener Inc. (TSX:VNR)(TSX:VNR.PR.A) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per common share, payable on April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2016.
The Board of Directors of Valener Inc. (TSX:VNR)(TSX:VNR.PR.A) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per common share, payable on April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2016.
According to the press release:
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.271875 per Series A preferred share, payable on April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2016.
Both dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
