Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (CSE:EAC), a leading Canadian clean-tech company announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with The Growers Wholesale ltd for the commercialization of Earth Alive’s newest certified-organic microbial product, Dr. Marijane Root Probiotic.

As quoted in the press release:

“We pride ourselves in finding and bringing the latest innovative products for hydroponics to the United Kingdom. Dr. Marijane Root Probiotic has made its proof by significantly increasing economic value for growers, the quality and yield resulting from its use is impressive,” said Rachel Dyer, CEO of The Growers Wholesale. “We know that it will be well received in the United Kingdom as a must-have for all gardeners.”

Following the successful launch of Dr. Marijane Root Probiotic in several US States and an unprecedented penetration into online box store distribution channels, Earth Alive has entered into a distribution agreement for the United Kingdom, whereby The Growers Wholesale Ltd. will commit to a minimum annual purchase of $200 000 for an initial period of twelve months, renewable upon fulfilment of mutual obligations.

“Our partnership with The Growers Wholesale Ltd. allows us to enter a market where Earth Alive did not have prior distribution,” said Michael Warren, CEO of Earth Alive. “The Growers Wholesale Ltd. Is a strategic long-term partner in the expansion of Earth Alive products in this region.”

Initial orders were shipped earlier this year with the signature of a letter of intent in January; a shipment schedule is in place for the remaining coming quarters.
