RESAAS’ Platform Has the Potential to Disrupt the Real Estate Industry
RESAAS Services Inc. (TSXV:RSS) was featured in an article by Streetwise Reports regarding their cloud- and blockchain-based platform that allows real estate agents to communicate among themselves, about off-market listings and find referrals.
RESAAS Services Inc. (TSXV:RSS) was featured in an article by Streetwise Reports regarding their cloud- and blockchain-based platform that allows real estate agents to communicate among themselves about off-market listings and find referrals. RESAAS’ platform is used by over 460,000 agents globally, with 90 percent of their client base stationed in North America.
“We felt that the professionals in the real estate industry needed a better way to work together, so we created a technology platform that is the real estate industry’s only professional collaboration, communication and transaction destination,” said RESAAS CEO Tom Rossiter.
The platform allows real estate agents to communicate with each other away from consumers and provides access to the network of agents to see sales activity, current listings as well as those that are not yet on the market. It also works as a matchmaker to enable agent referrals. In October, RESAAS will be launching a new feature called RESAAS Pay, which will send and receive referral fees between agents.
Several large real estate associations in the US have signed on to use RESAAS, including those of San Francisco, San Diego, Oakland, Miami, Rhode Island, Beverly Hills and the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. Additionally, RE/MAX and Keller Williams, two of the largest real estate firms, also use RESAAS’ technology and the company has recently signed an agreement with LEGACY Council of Canada to license the platform to LEGACY’s investors.
