Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) has released the results from its annual general meeting held on June 23, 2016, in Vancouver, B.C. In addition to the existing directors, the company has announced that it has added Bob Longo and Justin Sy to its board of directors.

Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) has released the results from its annual general meeting held on June 23, 2016, in Vancouver, B.C. In addition to the existing directors, the company has announced that it has added Bob Longo and Justin Sy to its board of directors.
According to the press release:

Mr. Longo is current Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and President of Knowmatters, Inc., a US-based education firm focused on cognitive learning and artificial intelligence. Mr. Longo has specific expertise in CEO strategic and operational support, sales, marketing, executive general management and strategic planning.
[…] Mr. Sy is one of the founders of Tinkerine and has been directly involved in the development of software for the Ditto Pro 3-D printer. Mr. Sy has participated in a number of 3D printing related competitions and is the founder of Puppeteer, a 3D imaging software used to control hand motions via a connected glove. Mr. Sy received a runner-up award for this project in the BCNET Digital Media Challenge. Mr. Sy also holds a B.Sc from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Sy was appointed interim CFO on February 24, 2016.
[…] The Company has also granted 1,195,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.075 to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees subject to TSX Venture Exchange Approval. These stock options have an expiry date of June 23, 2021.
