Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) is undertaking a non-brokered private placement up to a maximum of $500,000 at a unit price of five cents.
According to the press release:
Each unit shall consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant with an exercise price of 10 cents. Each warrant shall have a term of two years from the date of closing. All units offered will be subject to a hold period of four months from the date of closing.
Insiders and close friends, family and associates will be subscribing to the financing in the amount of approximately $300,000. The company may pay finders’ fees in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange. Funds raised through this private placement will be used to further the company’s development of the Tinkerine suite of products which includes the Ditto Pro 3-D printer and TinkerineU platform, and continue the development of sales channels in Canada, United States and internationally.
