Rio Tinto offers $572 million in all-cash bid for uranium junior Hathor Exploration.

Rio Tinto has announced a all-cash offer for Canadian junior uranium company Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX:HAT). Rio Tinto has agreed to pay $572 million for Hathor, trumping an earlier bid for the uranium junior by Cameco Corp.
