Reuters reported that US Silver Corp. (TSX:USA) released a statement calling the bid proposed by Hecla Mining Co. (NYSE:HL) hostile, inadequate, and highly opportunistic, and urged shareholders to vote in favor of RX Gold & Silver Inc.’s (OTC Pink:RXEXF) earlier offer.
