As quoted in the press release:
Tarsis issued 4,836,666 units (a “Unit”) at $0.075 per Unit for gross proceeds of $362,750. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share on for a 36 month period expiring December 16, 2016 at a price of $0.15 per common share.
