Tahoe Announces Second Monthly Dividend

Tahoe Resources Inc. (TSX:THO,NYSE:TAHO) announced its second monthly dividend for 2015, noting that it totals US$0.02 per common share. Those who were shareholders at the end of the day on February 19, 2015 will receive payment for the dividend on February 26, 2015.

As quoted in the press release:

This dividend qualifies as an ‘eligible dividend’ for Canadian income tax purposes. Pursuant to tax legislation enacted in 2007, Canadian resident individuals who receive ‘eligible dividends’ will be entitled to an enhanced gross-up and dividend tax credit on such dividends.
