Silver Lake Acquires Additional Assets from Phillips River

Mining Weekly reported that Silver Lake Resources (ASX:SLR) is buying more mining assets from Phillips River (ASX:TTR).

As quoted in the market news:

The settlements of the Trilogy sale were also subject to a number of conditions, including shareholder approval, and the completion of the Kundip asset sale, as well as the resolution of issues between Silver Lake and LN Metals International surrounding the zinc and lead offtake agreements to the satisfaction of Silver Lake.
